- Product quality and hence client satisfaction are of the utmost importance to INVESTCO and its management.
- The Quality Assurance / Quality Control department develops the quality control program to meet the construction specifications and drawings for various activities of the project, including engineering, procurement, concreting operations, reinforcement placement, structural steel erection, pipe fabrication and installation, welding, coating, insulation, painting, electrical and instrument installation, instrument calibration, electrical equipment testing, etc...
- Project Manager are responsible for the management and technical direction of the assigned projects, and for ensuring that construction crews are provided with appropriate personnel and are following the prescribed practices and procedures in the conducting of construction activities.
- Formal quality verifications are the responsibility of the project quality personnel who report directly to the Project Manager. The project Quality Control Engineer is responsible for: implementation of the quality control plan; reviewing and approving all special project quality control procedures and instructions; hiring, assigning and directing Quality Control Engineers / Inspectors for the project.

- INVESTCO has established HSE as one of its Management Core values, INVESTCO's HSE Management System has been developed and is continuously reviewed based on its Management Commitment to HSE, as evidenced by the Executive Deputy Director's HSE Management Policy Statement to ensure the Health and safety of its staff and to protect the environment.
- The Safety and Controls Department at the Managing Office in addition to the HSE Departments on the projects are responsible for the management and implementation of the HSE Management System that is built on the HSE Plan and HSE Procedures.
- Through this management system, INVESTCO establishes all the requirements on the projects to meet contract HSE requirements, international and national standards, local rules and regulations and whilst in compliance with its ultimate target of health and safety for the employees and protection of the environment as applicable to their activities and scope of work.
