Succeeded in tendering for Office leasing and Hotel (SAMCO)

Saigon Transport and Mechanics Company (Samco) began 10-storey project on Co Giang Street in District 1. The 10-storey car park of 3,100m2 is expected to be operational by next February to accommodate around 500 cars. Meanwhile SAMCO also plans to build an 8-storey building, near the car park, to provide the car repair services and some relevant factors. The 5,064 m2 joint basement of the two buildings will serve as another car park.
