With a projected of about 528m height and $ 1.2 billion total investment, the Petroleum Tower in Hanoi will be located on 25 hectares of land in Me Tri, Tu Liem district.

In such circumstances, Mr. Thanh said, geologically, super high-rise buildings can be built in Ha Noi if there are good technical foundations. To ensure the safety, as expected, the tower will be used bored pile drilling system with about 70 - 80 m depth (close to marble floors).
The building will be expected to start in early 2011 and be completed after 2.5 - 3 years to build.
