The Estella has topped - out 3 of its 4 towers on 22 May, 2010 in a special ceremony organised by joint developers, Keppel Land and Tien Phuoc.
Representatives of the Owners (Keppel Land and Tien Phuoc) and the Contractor are scooping out together in the topping out ceremony.
